Discount & Campaign Sales

No Return | No Exchange | No Refund

• Any product purchased during discount sales, clearance sales, or campaign offers is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Once a discounted item is purchased, it cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy (Within Bangladesh)

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, Akij Plus offers a limited exchange facility under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
• The product must be:
  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original invoice
  • Please return the product in its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging or box. If the product was delivered in Akij Plus packaging/box, kindly use the same packaging/box for the return. To avoid damage, do not tape or place stickers directly on the manufacturer's packaging/box.
     

If your returned item does not meet these requirements, we may not be able to process your refund request.

Exchange Conditions

• Exchange is allowed only for size or product issues
• The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value
• If the new product price is higher, the price difference must be paid
• Exchange is subject to product availability

Return Policy (Eligible Cases Only)

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

• Product received is damaged
• Product received is defective
• Wrong product, size, or color delivered
• Product lost or damaged during shipment

Return Requirements

• Customers must inform our team within 7 days of delivery
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof
• Products must be returned with:
  • Original tags
  • Original packaging
  • Original invoice

Refund Policy

• Cash refunds are not available
• For approved returns, customers will receive:
  • Store credit / replacement product, based on availability
• Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

❌ Discounted or campaign products
❌ Accessories items, including:

• Boxer Briefs
• Pajamas

➡ Accessories items must be paid in advance

Product Checking at Delivery

• Customers are allowed to check the product at the time of delivery
• Any issue must be reported immediately upon delivery
• Complaints raised after acceptance may not be eligible for return or exchange

Important Reminder:

• • If your return request is rejected, the item will be sent back to you within 4–8 days, after the Quality Check Process.
• • After Two failed delivery attempts, the item will be marked as scrap, and no refund will be provided.

• Partial return or partial exchange is not allowed
• Products without tags, invoice, or original packaging will be rejected
• Akij Plus reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request

❌ Products without original tags or packaging

❌ Used, washed, or damaged products (after delivery)

Accessories items must be paid in advance.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size or product issues, subject to stock availability.

Partial exchange is not allowed.

Exchange requests must be made immediately upon delivery.

Customers may be required to bear delivery charges for exchanges (if applicable).

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of genuine product issues.

Monetary refunds are not available.

Approved returns may be adjusted through product replacement or store credit, as applicable.
